同仁堂壮骨药酒传统制作技艺

壮骨药酒(原名“虎骨酒”),是同仁堂“十大王牌”之一。同仁堂有文字记载生产壮骨药酒的历史至今已有254年。1993年根据《国务院关于禁止犀牛角和虎骨贸易的通知》,处方中虎骨改用豹骨,并更名为壮骨药酒。同仁堂壮骨药酒配方需要100多味名贵动植物药材,经制膏、制胶、制丸及“两步煮酒”等工艺炼成。早在1924年就在莱比锡国际博览会上获奖,新中国成立后又多次获得国家优质产品金奖。

Zhuanggu medicinal wine (formerly known as "tiger bone wine") is one of the "top ten trumps" of Tongrentang. The formula of Tongrentang bone strengthening medicinal wine needs more than 100 precious animal and plant medicinal materials, which are refined through the processes of paste making, glue making, pill making and "two-step wine cooking". He won the prize at the Leipzig International Fair as early as 1924. After the founding of new China, he won the National Gold Award for high-quality products for many times.
